Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as Senior leader in Mainframe Modernization engagements.
• Ability to incorporate modernization framework.
• IBM certification in mainframes preferred.
• Cloud certification in Azure or AWS.
• Involved in the solution delivery and related frameworks.
• Experience in facilitation of JAD.
• Experience bridging the technical solution with the business solution.
Required Qualifications:
• Manage overall Program delivery, milestones etc.
• Technical expert in mainframe and in cloud areas.
• Expert in Program change management.
• Works with technical and business leaders.
• Ability to work on High level demands.
• Demonstrate attitude of ownership but has ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Strong Client facing skills with ability to bridge IT and business.
• Learner of new technologies and partners well with business.
